Feats: Allow to add new URLs to blocklist, grayscale on disabled buttons

Hello!

I added these features on extension:

  • Allow to add new URLs to blocklist
  • Gray Scale on remove URL buttons when it's running

If one tab with a new blocked URL is already loaded, it will be blocked on next reload

Now new URLs are checked on update the list. I simplified the block and unlock logic too

I just want to comment that merging this PR will close issue #10 . I can't review this PR, but I want to thank you for adding this feature @ArthurLobopro !
