Deprecate v1?

When I created Beatmapper many months ago, MediocreMapper mk3 (or maybe mk4?) was everybody's go-to, and it only exported "legacy" (v1) maps. So I felt Beatmapper had to support them.

I believe MediocreMapper mk5 supports v2 files now. If so, I should probably remove my support for v1 - it adds a lot of code complexity, and for questionable value.
