minor: right-click mouse paste doesn't work where ctrl-v does

ctrl-v works fine but right-click mouse paste doesn't action the paste, despite having the popup menu for that.

Similar but slight different the url bar doesn't have the right-click pop-up.. and again ctrl-v does work ok there too.

Most noticable on the login page where password potentially long enough to warrant copy-paste

and.. right click on a url link doesn't have the usual open url option, which is a surprise.
