Customize or change quick settings text

Can we add the ability to customize the text for the quick settings tile? Right now it shows the DNS address when turned on, but for values like DNS.adguard.com it wraps to multiple lines and doesn't look great. Since it's on or off and the DNS address doesn't change due to the tile can we at least provide the option to exclude this info?

Otherwise this works incredibly well thank you so much!
