Incomplete Data CSI 300 Index

We are recieving incomplete data for the Index CSI 300 (000300.SS), the last data point is from the end of September 2024. getSymbols("000300.SS",src="yahoo", from=last_open_day_previous_year, to=today)

Is this a yahoo finance issue or can it be resolved within the quantmod package?
