building state in get_top_live_games() ?

hey , thanks for writing the wrapper .

Do you know what the "building_state" denotes in the get_top_live_games() api call?

i tried putting it into 32 bit binary and 64 bit binary . but it didnt make sense .

@evaldobratti thats a binary string, but what building_state returns is not in terms of 0s and 1s only.
