SpecIt Should Run Under the Node QUnit runner

There appear to be a couple of items that impede easy use of SpecIt with the Node QUnit runner. In particular $ could be aliased as window.$, the module function could be called as QUnit.module and window[assertion] calls could be QUnit[assertion] calls. I have a patch to address these issues and will attach it to this ticket. Thanks for all the great work!
