macOS stuff

Been toying with the idea of moving back over to macOS on a more permanent basis. In other to do so, probably going to need to make some adjustments

  • [x] check if brew is available on install, and if not, do so
  • [ ] install coreutils to get us in closer parity with Linux
  • [x] vim/nvim color scheme looks like shit - g2g with Solarized Dark theme
  • [ ] kill that last login stuff

Did a ton of clean up today. Thinking for checking if brew is installed, that's not necessary as the sanity checks for OTHER things being installed (by way of brew) will satisfy that. Also unsure how necessary coreutils is at this point.

Now if only my new MBP was here already
