Feature Request: Chats for Groups/Projects

Hi, I'm using a single Redmine installation with many people which are involved in various projects and managed in several groups. It would be cool to have automatic chat rooms based on the Groups and/or projects the people are involved in.

Just linking the chats table with groups or projects should be fine for storage. I think making it aware of the roles people have in projects would be overkill.

I'll look at moving this functionality into a configuration panel (add it to my todo list). I think this would be good functionality to have.
