Redmine_Jchat is in disabled mode

Hi Joshsten,

I installed Jchat plugin in my redmine. But i am not able to enable the option which is in that Jchat plugin. I couldn't fix this issue because of no error log in production.log file.

In my attachment file, i can't click or type anything. Please help me to fix this issue
