Not working

I have below setup:

Environment: Redmine version 2.1.2.devel Ruby version 1.8.7 (universal-darwin11.0) Rails version 3.2.8 Environment production Database adapter Mysql2

After installing the plugin, I do see a chat frame but dont see any of the online users including myself. In short, it does not work. Did I miss something?
