Dont get me wrong, terminus is a great font, however to simplify the guide you can use latarcyrheb-sun32

You can also use this font in live. So if you interrupt boot, and add fbcon=rotate:1 then the first command you type is setfont latarcyrheb-sun32 you get an awesome installation experience.
