Allow the calendar to be open at all times

If it's always going to be open, the calendar would need to take up space in the dom so that it doesn't cover anything.

It's a great plugin: simple and reliable. Thanks for your job. Personaly I'd like to have the option to have the calendar always open and, of course, it would be my responsability to check whether it covers or not other dom elements. Kind regards
