Fix Docker build

Make docker running again and update libs. This is the result after hours of trying to get this project to build again. Maybe not all the deps are required. But don't have more time to see which ones could be removed.

At least it building and working again:)

I also had issues with the current master branch, but they were solved when merging this PR together with #117. Big thanks @bosd for taking the time to fix it and a huge shoutout to @joshreve for making this code in the first place!
