needs a version field

I'm conflicted on the best way to go about this or I'd submit a patch.

But, there needs to be a library version somewhere available in the lib so that upon import, it can be checked for sanity.

mogo.version works but it's got to be maintained when tagging it for release, so that's sort of a hassle...
