Compiled nicely for me to.

I wouldn't mind having a button on the toolbar to add the current webpage to Speed Dial. If there are folders it would be nice to select the folder too.

I was able to fix this problem by changing the first line of both Outlook scripts inside the app to read: tell application "/Applications/Microsoft Outlook.app" It seems to work fine...
