Adobe Fireworks CS3 Support Broken?

I installed this with the CS3 Extension Manager but Fireworks did not provide any new options under the Commands Menu nor in the Export menu. The original work that inspired this extension only claims to work with CS6. I'm wondering if this extension will actually work with Fireworks CS3 or is there something I'm missing?
