Hanging on "Loading items database"

Hi, i installed your app, succesfuly logged in and authorized my account, enabled cross-save (even though im only a PC user), but cant go further then "Loading items database". I used WPD to limit windows services, before but when this problem occured i re-enabled them to the default state, made couple restarts, checked all updates with no effect. Would appreciate some help.

I have exactly the same problem.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? I've heard a few people get this issue, but I havent been able to make much progress understanding why this happens. One person has reported that reinstalling fixed it for them.
