Incorrect URLs for external sites

http://www.diveintopython.net/native_data_types/tuples.html has a 'further reading' section, but all the URLs have been changed to diveintopython.net instead of the appropriate sites.

Seems to be a permissions problem on some internal links as well: http://www.diveintopython.net/doc/current/tut/tut.html is giving me a 403 error.
