Plunker sample doesn't work

The plunker sample doesn't because http://joshdmiller.github.io/angular-placeholders/angular-placeholders-0.0.1-SNAPSHOT.js is not found

Oops! The correct filename is http://joshdmiller.github.io/angular-placeholders/placeholders-0.0.1-SNAPSHOT.js.

This line needs to be fixed: https://github.com/joshdmiller/angular-placeholders/blob/gh-pages/assets/plunker.js#L19 on the gh-pages branch. I'll get to it eventually, but a pull request would be awesome too. :-)
