Get Sales Report (v1) hard codes Vendor ID

Needs to be asked upon import.

The date is also hard coded to 2020-01.

Let me know if this is the wrong place to submit issues as I wasn't 100% sure!

@harrygt This is the correct place to submit these issue! Thank you 😊 I made a v2 last night for the Vendor ID but did not fix the date yet so I will get that fixed now 💪
