browserconfig and manifest.json

I think we should add a comment, that the preferred way to add these tags is manifest.json. This is similar to tile icons for Windows which should be added to a external browserconfig.xml.

I want do the same question: is not better to configure browser tabs style, launch icon and ms-tile from manifest.json https://web-central.appspot.com/web/fundamentals/web-app-manifest/ and browserconfig.xml?
