Incorrect Calculations for EMI

The EMI calculation of the application is not correct. It can be verified against the formulas used from the Income Tax Website. Please Note: The Procedures and formulas should abide by Indian Economy

I checked against https://emicalculator.net/ and saw calculation is correct. Tell me if I am wrong. I checked against principal amount: 445000, interest rate: 12%, number of years: 4
