im going to build up another test VM and start from scratch. And change the Asterisk version to 14.

I was not able to get the Cisco SIP phones working with the add-on,  This is the config i have in the SIP phone tab of SCCP phone manager....

Yes I got the same issue on a newer version of asterisk. Had to use this distro then it worked FreePBX 10.13.66-64bit
