Update favicons package to upgrade sharp to 0.29 or higher

If using a Mac with an arm64 chip, you can get pre-compiled sharp from 0.29 or higher. In other words, currently when working with this package, we will need a hack that uses resolutions and overrides because the version of sharp is outdated.
