Make Reading List optional

I have a large number of links in my Safari Reading List, and it can overwhelm the dropdown. Would you be able to make it optional? This is for 2.0, which I just updated to.

It would be best if Tabs from Devices and the Reading List could each be in their own menus. Hopefully this will make the interface clearer.
