Wrapping Up Challenges

I enjoyed the Elixir article on How I Start. Following along in my terminal, after finishing the article I immediately jumped on the challenges.

I completed all of them, and you can find the solutions in this pull request. Feel free to merge them into master or another branch.

I also published the package on Hex and wanted to add you as an owner. However, that didn't work with the email address you used for the commits. I'm happy to add you as owner if you tell me what email address to use.
