macro for list/range of angles

Hi,

I was just wondering, why there are no \angrange and \anglist macros in package siunitx.

I wanted to insert \angrange{10}{15} into one of my documents and expected an output similar to \numrange{10}{15} as well as \sirange{10}{15}{\degree}...

I think related to https://github.com/josephwright/siunitx/issues/580. What I haven't really seen is a strong motivator - unlike \num/\qty, there's no real likelihood of wanting to combine an exponent, etc., so there's not a clear need to not just use \ang twice.

Same to me, as in #580: I want to ensure, that the actual language is respected in results in "10° to 15°" in english language, whilst setting "10° bis 15°" in german environments.
