Unable to connect to metabase

I follow the tutorial and up to the point where we enter in our connection details into Metabase locally. After entering connection details as per make infra-config, it times out after 10 seconds.

I suspect that my EC2 instance is not setting up correctly as after running make ssh-ec2 and docker ps, I get the following: Screenshot 2024-04-16 at 2 13 23 PM

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!
