Migrate UI project to feature directory structure

Some style components do more than just styling... this led me to think that the project is big enough now to warrant splitting the structure in to a feature-driven structure

  • Styles (design system)
  • Features (feature components like dictionary, speech, preferences, notes, also includes stores)
  • Pages (next pages)
