Multi-catchment capability

Currently a hydromad object only deals with a single catchment, and dealing with multiple catchments needs to be done separately.

e.g. Optimising the sum of multiple catchments to a single observed streamflow

Limits the ability of hydromad to be used for calibration of more complex real-world cases common in other software. River routing capabilities would also be required.
