Fills up Temp folder with png file

Describe the bug AppData\Local\Temp is full of "scoped_dir*****" directories filled with the midi-relay icon png file Well over 60GB of just the png file.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Leave midi-relay running on a computer (we restart once per week) Look in the AppData\Local\Temp\Scoped_Dir*** folders

Expected behavior Midi-relay should not be eating up this much disk space

Additional context Just noticed my C: drive was getting full, did a scan and saw the temp folder was the issue with all of these png files
