Thank you very much for this great extension. It directly solves one of my biggest issues with Ginkgo compared to plan Go tests: the missing Debug Test button in VS Code.

Unfortunately the Microsoft Extension Marketplace can only be used by Microsoft products. Open Source projects are not allowed to access it (e.g. VS Codium or Gitpod. There is an Open Source alternative to the Microsoft Extension Marketplace: https://open-vsx.org/. Open VSX is run by the Eclipse foundation.

Would you be able to publish your wonderful extension on OpenVSX as well? That would make it accessible to a wider range of developers.
