Migrating to Python 3.3.

thx for the patch! is this branch used a bit? i was trying to do the packaging back that days.. but we did not finish and stopped merging upstream. what do you think @josefprusa - shouldn't we make it happen?

what is the status of #thingdoc in general?

With the migration, I'm able to create HTML docs as claimed. So I believe it's good for use.
