bar-clamp hole is too small

why do you subtract 0.4 from diameter? It never fits a bar bar-clamp.scad: "threaded_rod_diameter/2-0.4"

The last translate also seems to be a little off. Changing the 7.5 to 7 centres the side wholes much better.
