Create Solid bed version [Please Review & Comment]

This is a cheaper version which does not have the PCB heated build platform, but instead has a solid aluminium build plate which could be heated from underneath using power resistors.

Please review this design.

What file format is this?

It looks like a DXF without extension. I didn't try to open it though

Watch out, for this to move properly the rods in Y axis need to be longer than when using regular bed.

Please rename the file to Prusa3ALU-SolidBed.dxf and push the change to your fork, it will get propagated there. This is certainly not going to be merged before the filename change.
