Make LoverNet easier to integrate into projects

@sheepolution mentions in a private chat that I should:

  1. convert lovernet.lua to lovernet/init.lua
  2. Push the bitser libs into the lovernet directory
  3. check source positions of init and bitser in case it's moved to ./libs/lovernet/init.lua
