Stopped Sending Verification Emails

WangGuard appears to have completely stopped my registration spam however, I noticed new users were not authenticating and discovered the verification emails were not being sent (tested several times with different email accounts at gmail, Live, RocketMail). Had to deactivate as this is a new site.

I am using a BuddyBoss themes on BuddyPress installation of WordPress.

I really like this plugin. I have no idea why it is not sending authentication emails. The data in the database tables (wp and WngGuard) all looks perfect.

If WangGuard is deactivated, are the notification arriving again?

I don't have the problem in our developer sites.

Hi Jose,

They seemed to be, but this morning I had another user complain and working with him I found it in his spam folder.

So now I’m wondering if the WangGuard emails were being spam filtered as well.

I’ll do a controlled test in a day or two and let you know the results.

It is possible that this is a user issue only. I hope so. I love your plugin and have many similar sites planned I’d like to deploy it on.

For now, let’s assume this is resolved (unless I can duplicate the original issue, in which case I’ll contact you directly).
