All the examples from chapters 1-9 have been reviewed, checked that worked, optimised with basic controls to enhance the learning process and corrected when they didn't worked.

nice work! when I go through the book I also found many of the examples didn't work any more. I will have a try with this branch, thx man.

It would be really great from @josdirksen to consider merging this pull request. I was correcting examples by myself before I decided to make pull requests with my corrections and found this one, which is obviously really useful
