Unexpected horizontal scroll bar in Edge browser

If you open up json editor in Edge browser, the horizontal scroll bar shows up for empty editor randomly.

I have opened https://jsoneditoronline.org/ in Edge, clicked new document, switched between code and tree mode, etc, but I didn't succeed in getting a horizontal scrollbar in an empty editor. How can I reproduce this issue?
