add the jetbrains java runtimes in order to support asdf and mise downloading them

@MustCodeAl Do you know if there is a machine-readable list of JetBrains Runtime releases which we could use to integrate them?

Using GitHub releases would involve parsing Markdown and/or HTML to get a list. 😓
