Describe the bug Right-click "Open Side Panel" feature not working.

To Reproduce

  1. For instance, when you right-click on a GitHub project page and select "Open Side Panel," there's no response.

Expected behavior Successfully opened the sidebar.

  • Browser: chrome Version 124.0.6367.208 (Official Build) (64-bit)
  • Extension Version: v2.5.4

Same on any firefox. OS: Ubuntu 24.04 Browser: Firefox 126.0 (64-bit) Extension Version: v2.5.4

Not sure if it's relevant to https://stackoverflow.com/questions/77213045/error-sidepanel-open-may-only-be-called-in-response-to-a-user-gesture-re, but it looks there are no problems with the code
