I've been trying to make it so I can DM a user in my server depending on the question asked, is that possible the way its currently setup? I'd like to move all of my plex alerting to Discord from Slack, but need this function for that to work.

Currently if I use a template and <@usernumber> {{payload}} it will ping a user

Sorry I never seen this, I don't think it DMs a user, just @ them in the channel its posting in
