Push all local branches in one go.

Could you add a "Push Local Branches" context menu option for "Local Branches" to push all local branches. This would be a direct corollary to the "Fetch Remote Branches" on "Remotes".

At the same time, it seems it would be nice to have "All Branches" option push dialog "Local Branches" dropdown list. For the same reason.

Rationale: I often make a build, merge to a trunk branch (e.g. like develop, release, or master), then want to push both branches at the same time, when they are the only branches checked out.

I've mitigated this with a custom tool, but I think it warrants a nicer integrated solution so I will leave this open.
