Camera always rotating

As soon as I load into the first level, my camera begins rotating to the right. Pressing < stops the rotation but pressing > doubles the speed. What could be causing this issue?

Do you have any controllers connected to your computer? The game is very sensitive to controller drift, so you can try to disconnect your controllers before starting the game.

Checked my device manager and unplugged anything listed as a game controller. Bug persists

You can also try tapping the Esc key twice (pause and unpause the game) - this should reset the input state.
