Bulk scanning by folder

Is it possible to implement this option? I have data downloaded from Shodan and are located in the form “main folder --- country --- IP file.” Is it possible to implement it so that the program goes through these folders, scans the IP file and creates an output folder in the folder with the country, and so on for each folder in the main directory. Of course, you can implement this by creating multiple duplicates of the program in each folder and running it through a script :/

As an option, embed the Shodan API and similar search engines into the tool itself.
