This is probably caused by DMTracker (somehow) having a nil session - causing -[DMTracker infoWithType:] to return a nil dict (by passing nil as the first arg to "dictionaryWithObjectsAndKeys").

This might also be a bug in [hermes_urls](https://github.com/jorgenpt/hermes_urls), in that we might need to add a call to [AllowSetForegroundWindow](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win32/api/winuser/nf-winuser-allowsetforegroundwindow) to make `HACK_ForceToFront` work reliably.
The new hermes_urls version has that call, but it's unclear as to why it's not bringing Unreal to focus -- it does for me. I'm not able to reproduce it...
