Support for tracking installation/uninstallation

There should be a way for the application to track installation / uninstallation manually, in cases where the application has an installation script / application that can track uninstall / install events.

This needs to take care to:

Not send startApp/stopApp
Not read configuration data from plist (see #26), but from custom NSDictionary
Not read queue
