Update new version to bower please

Can you update the 0.3.0 version to bower please?

Update dependencies on bower.json

In " package.json " there are 2 outbuildings but in "bower" dont, here I installed the bower did not work , apparently would be the problem

Can you add a parameter to replace href="#" to href="javascript;" ? Because of AngularJs Ui Routers. Thank You.
