Issues when running ls on folders with .git inside
Hi!
I'm using iterm2 Build 3.5.11 + fish shell 3.7.1 on macOS 15.2 (24C101) with the following plugins installed via fisher:
- jorgebucaran/fisher
- edc/bass
- jorgebucaran/nvm.fish
- nickeb96/puffer-fish
- gazorby/fish-abbreviation-tips
- pymander/vfish
- jethrokuan/z
- jorgebucaran/hydro
All the plugins are updated as of 5 minutes ago.
The installation of fish shell was via homebrew.
When listing directories via the cli, it works well as long as the directory doesn't have a /node_modules folder inside it. If /node_modules exists, then the terminal screen blinks and the contents get hidden, requiring scrolling back to reveal the directory's contents. It doesn't matter how big or how small the project is, the trigger is the existence of the /node_modules folder.
It also happens with the built-in macOS terminal.
Is there any way of fixing this behavior? I really like hydro, but this bug is super annoying, as almost all my projects are full-stack and require node.
Thanks!
@jorgebucaran upon further inspection, I've noticed that it's the .git folder causing the issues and not the node_modules folder
